- Why do some Commodore monitors support PAL correctly (by sizing it to the
- screen, instead of having it go off the top and bottom of the screen) and
- some don't. On my friends, has an old 1084s and it sizes PAL screens
- right, while both my 1084d and 1942 don't correctly size PAL screens,
- they go off the page in both directions (though they are at 50hz). Is
- there some way to tell the 1942 to correctly size the screen? All the
- other modes (Super72, Euro72, Multiscan, etc.) work fine and are
- correctly sized for the screen. Any info via E-mail would be
- appreciated, thanks:-)
